i have said it before and hate saying it because i was once a chemlab fan but years ago they were very good live (mid 90s) but they were probably one of the worst acts i’ve ever seen live 2 years ago. They should be opening and skeleton key and u.s.s.a. should be headlining.

Damn, is Chemlab that bad live? I was thinking about catching the Tempe show on the 3rd. How long is USSA playing as support - 45 minutes?

I haven’t had the pleasure of catching them, as the distance is a bit far on this tour, but unless something’s changed, Jared can always put on a good show. Saw him live with a boombox as backing (literally) when he was promoting the Covergirl album, and he was still fun to watch.
I saw Chemlab open for Gwar (not sure who thought that combination was wise) back in 97 and they were pretty bad. Jared pranced around in a half shirt and vinyl pants inviting audience members to come up and blow him etc which incurred the wrath of Gwar’s usual fan base. Not a great show.
