Nope. Tomahawk were dire. Sorry. Can’t say I’ve ever heard one single inspiring track in their entire back catalogue - and yes I’ve heard it all. Anonymous is hands down the stupidest of the bunch. The music was ok but the vocals were so faxed in it wasn’t funny. As if he had one weekend to come up with something to fit with the music and hammered it home.

The songs were based on Native American songs. If you’ve ever heard or even seen lyrics of Native American songs they are usually very simple lyrics and the structure and content of them are represented very well on the Tomahawk ‘Anonymous’ album. The album was a great experiment that pays off, it was generally received quite well. Tomahawk’s best album hands down.

I’m with you I think that’s my fav tomahawk cd of the 3. I’m a big patton fan and have basically every side band that he’s been part of. Only missing a few of the zorn cds.
After the reunion I know he’s got the krudo cd coming out, which is him doing big band italian music. So you old school before he got “weird” fans will probably want to stay away from that. http://stubbadub.com/ is a good site to keep up on him and the crew’s related projects
