I THINK YOU’LL ALL BE STOKED. THIS TOUR IS GONNA KICK ASS.
So… ministry going to tour australia this time? they’ve promised the last few times and it NEVER HAPPENS. Do it one more time guys! It’s not that hard to get here is it?
Connelly and Barker, definitely, but how weird would that be? Raven will be on the tour, so Paul would only be on stage for the RevCo set. Just not gonna happen. Here’s a quote from Chris on his message board back in August:
“at the risk of sounding like a real bitch, I’d rather eat broken glass than have to deal with Al and his petty tyrannies ever again…pass me that light bulb! (crunch!)”
R23 should definitely go on the tour - what else is he gonna do? Sit around and wait for another 242 record to happen?
Was there a post deleted from this thread, because I sure don’t see anyone here “whining about the past”. Wanting original members to re-join isn’t whining - we’re just talking shop. No need to be hostile about it.
with Luc it pretty much guarantees old stuff. dude, if Chris joined that’s be it! It would be a classy thing for paul and chris to play in say… chicago.
a connellyless cockfest is depressing… they need ogre to…
however all is forgiven if revco come to sydney and bring Bruce Cambell to say ‘groovy’ on get down…
lol, that would definitely make up for it. Damn, Richard 23 really should join up for the tour, thatd be nice. I know they left on shakey terms and stuff, but that was a long arse time ago, get over it. Theyve all gotten enough money from the project to be satisfied with anything. R23 definitely isnt doing anything aside from touring with 242 every time they reunite, which is cool, but their recent tour has already ended so… blah. Im satisfied with anyone doing vocals for RevCo as long as it isnt Phildo. Gibby was a good choice, Id love to hear him do Cattle grind.
BTW why in the brackling crockpots did Al want the guitarist for Cheap Trick doing stuff with RevCo and Ministry? Weird weird choice, mostly being that Cheap Trick kinda sucks. I mean, I liked I Want You To Want Me and stuff but uh… yeah.
