Earthlink has a home networking support line that you can subscribe to for 8 dollars a month with out having to sign a contract!! I was having Home networking issues so I contacted the the Router Manufacturer and they wanted 30 bucks to renew my warranty for 6 months and that was just to get TECH support didn’t cover damage to my router for another 6 months!
I call up earthlink, they walk me through the steps in about 8 minutes. about a dollar minute for how long it took to remedy the situation! super bargain at 4 times less than what LINKSYS would’ve charged me.
