Have any of you guys watched this documentary? I keep hearing friends and people on the net endlessly raving about this thing?

You gotta watch it it. It’s nuts! There’s no way to categorize it. I’ll do my best here but just know anything I write here is not doing this doc any justice. So, It’s just a slice of this guy’s (Joe the tiger king) life. He owns a big cat zoo, IE Lions n tigers n shit. (I don’t want to write too much cause I don’t want to spoil anything) His feud with Carol Baskin, another big cat zoo owner… When my buddy told me to watch it, I looked at the description and thought this looks stupid… But trust me the synopsis doesn’t do it justice, just as I have not done it justice here either. It’s hard to believe that this is really this guys life (and not in a good way). It has grifters, white trash, murderers, polygamists, rich people (but are still pretty much hillbillies), broke people, desperate people. It’s really worth the watch. So much shit is going on.
That’s really about all I can say without ruining anything. Just watch it.
Yeah everyone who tells me about it sounds the same as you do describing it…I’m sold…gonna check it out here soon…

Well, maybe two, 'cause you’ll need to check out Mindhunter too!! then cancel your free trial. You’ll thank me for it… 
I enjoyed it. Krazy peoples for sure. I did not like the animal cruelty but that wasn’t a big focus as far as viewing it. Episode 8 is up BTW.

Damn straight she fed him to the cats. Her body language totally gives her away. Her brother was on the police force with friends on the investigation team. She waited 1 day after the mandatory amount of time to declare him dead. That dude would not walk away from his money. She seems to have no remorse on him missing. Him being missing/dead totally benefits her in all ways. I suppose a business associate coulda whacked him but for what gain? Carol got all the money. I hear theyre opening up the investigation again. So ha ha we’ll see
No doubt in my mind she did…its amazing how these various documentaries are opening up old cases…it happened to R Kelley after that doc on BET and it happened to that Durst fucker after he basically incriminate d himself on the HBO doc about his case…unreal

I think one of the comments at the very beginning summarized it pretty well: “The big cat people are all total pieces of shit”.
I was chatting with Grumpy and was saying I was blown away by how good Joe Exotic’s voice was, but I guess that was later found to be bullshit too (meaning it ain’t even him singing), hahahahaha!!!
Howard Baskin is such a fucking neutered pusscake. What an embarrassment. And, yes, Carole killed her husband. Absolutely. 100%.

Also, mad props to Saffey . . . . . a week after getting her arm ripped off she’s back at work! Fucking Hell!!!
Oh, and aside from Travis’ untimely exit, the most shocking part of the show for me is when they said Travis and John weren’t even gay, hahahahahahahahahaha!!!

All this publicity, You think it’s gonna make a difference on whether he gets out? Carole Baskin, are they really gonna investigate again or just hype for the show? What did you think of Jeff (the guy who grifted Joe’s zoo from him?) that guy comes from a long line of carnies (well at least one) I think he’s just a con man. and fat boy with the stupid hair was missing from the update show wonder what happened to him.
