Awesome! Bummer that the Columbus show is at a festival instead of a venue. Ah well, I’ll still try to make it. I’d love to see Nitzer Ebb too.

Cool poster featuring some vintage photos and art work!

Would be good to know if McCarthy is better and touring again. Harris gave it his best efforts when they opened for Front 242, but it wasn’t really the same.

If he’s not back, might be worth seeing Ministry with TKK instead.

I would love to see nitzer ebb. Too bad they’re not playing the one so cali date.

The Palladium is just a couple blocks from where I live. I think I will pass. Maybe I’ll go for TKK and leave after, but Die Krupps has never done much for me and I will certainly not watch Ministry embarrass themselves playing soft rock versions of those terrible WS songs.

I know a lot of you like that early stuff, so I’m happy you are finally getting this. Enjoy!

Brooklyn Paramount?

Yep. I guess it’s a new place. You going?

I sure am. My buddy Dave, who is coming with me, has been to the venue and says it’s great.

My copy arrives Saturday (I have no idea why, I’m not a journalist anymore, and I legit ordered the album.) Review to follow.

Wow…this is pretty rad. Same old madness has different lyrics. It’s heavy but not to heavy.

Awesome, can’t wait for mine to show up.

All that “artwork” is so fucking lazy.

It would be interesting to know how this all came together. Curious if Charlie approached Al with some ideas, and how Hans Zimmer’s cellist (Tina Guo) got involved.

Got mine in the mail yesterday. I haven’t heard Al having this much fun in decades. As a whole, the album is an incredible triumph – probably the best thing to bear the Ministry moniker since Barker left, truthfully.

I’m not sure about how it all got rolling, but a spark was probably about 5 years ago, Al was persuaded to go see Ministry cover act With Sympathy and was really surprised by the reaction they got and impressed by their performance.
