Does anyone else on here listen to Joe Rogan’s podcast? I never gave a crap about podcasts until I listened to it. He always has excellent guests and things can be incredibly funny or super deep.
Check it out on itunes (it’s free) if you haven’t.

Never heard of it (and never listened to ANY podcast for that matter) but I like Rogan a lot. His stand up material is always funny and he’s quick on his own when confronted by others or when hecklers try to disrupt his act. I think he’d actually make for a really good talk show host if any channel ever wanted to take a chance on someone that didn’t automatically check his balls at the door and serve up the same generic swill as everyone else.
i listen, though i haven’t followed it as much lately. i can’t stand redban. i definitely catch all the ones Joey Diaz is on though. also like Ari.
He did one with David Lee Roth that was incredibly good…It’s like 2 1/2 hours and there is never a dull moment…doesn’t matter what you think about Van Halen…Joe and Roth have an easy going affinity and the convo just flowed…Roth is a Renaissance journeyman who has amazing stories to tell and he does in a very humorous way…great stuff…

I haven’t heard his stuff with Rogan, and I really don’t like Van Halen, but DLR is really entertaining as a host or guest on TV or radio. He would pop up here and there on some of the LA morning shows and he always killed it.

2 1/2 hours is a lot to commit to but the convo flowed so easily and his stories were so interesting that it seems like it was only a 30 min convo…that guy has seen and done a lot…
Gunnar,I’m surprised you don’t like VH considering some of the other stuff you like…I hated, and I mean hated Van Hagar but I love the Roth stuff…it reminds me of a very specific time in my life and I get very nostalgic about it…summers in Miami, getting stoned and riding around on my bike with my friends, going from house to house in search of the next hot girl to finger blast!!!
By the way, everyone in the world should have to listen to Rogan discussing his DMT experience…

Everyone in the world should have a DMT experience.
It’s pretty much the only hallucinogenic that I havn’t tried…I’m definitely intrigued but find it a bit daunting for obvious reasons…
