It takes THAT long for a band to change artwork? Unless it’s someone like brute doing the artwork (which of course it isn’t, and even if it were it wouldn’t take that long), it shouldn’t even take a month. There’s got to be another reason rather than just an artwork issue.
Yeah they had to find money to pay somebody to start on it.
