I agree with Xtra. That people actually invest emotional energy into what J.Biebs says or writes anywhere is the truly embarrassing part. Yeah, he would have liked for Anne Frank to have been a fan. Big effing deal. Like Queer said, it was probably the Biebs way of “acknowledging” her and trying to say that he hoped that they would have some sort of kinship in values or ideals and that perhaps his music (as deep and profound as it is) might make a connection with her.

I caught some VH1 documentary on him a few months back and remember thinking, “Hey, this kid’s all right!” He just seemed down to earth and a legit dude. Then within a week or two of watching it, there were a bunch of stories of him committing various acts of douchery, so I went back to not really giving a crap about him.
