Well, it started being aired in 1989 so it is very much a 90s show, but since we are talking about sitcoms, might as well mention the best one ever made…
Seinfeld was the biggest slab of turd ever shown on tv.
Saw only one full episode of Seinfeld; it involved a parody of JFKs assassination (“back and to the left, back and to the left”), someone was spitting on seinfeld instead of shooting.
paul lynde show. nice. pee wee’s playhouse later? not too different.throw in gary panter, lynda and ellen kahn doing art direction of sorts, pee wee was destined for toilet creeping stardom.pee wee inspired a lot of people to host viewing parties with popcorn and beer.
i’ll take issue with don kirschner. i had to pry my lids open to stay awake for some of those. terrible. (maybe that’s why they are now “good”)
before i was even in school (years before i believe) but one of my earliest memories of television was “the Hardy Boys” on channel 9 and they were in haunted house. I thought that was pretty good! but what did i know i was probably 2 at best! I haven’t seen the show since so were talking 30 years if i was indeed 2!!

Get a life was good… on channel 9 in NJ we had some dracula show that was pretty fucking cool to my 6 year old mind… i think it lasted like a year… nobody really ever remmbers it… probably cause it sucked
wow forgot about Sledgehammer. that was great. didn’t he sleep with his gigantic gun as if it was his girlfriend or something.
porkspam - i remember when they tried remaking “dark shadows” as a primetime series for a year or two but don’t remember any other vampire shows back then.
Hmm, I was always interested in seeing an episode of “Maniac Mansion”
anyone here seen or have a copy of it. Big fan of the game, heard the show is pretty bad, but I still wanna see it.
Actually it was probably early 90’s… oh well… 80’s shows,… hmm, I am at a loss… as to an 80s show I can think of, my TV show span is going earlier or later… being a child in the 80’s I liked GI Joe and TMNT… lol.
