I’ll probly have them sign my copy of ‘20 Jazz Funk Greats’ or something. I’m afraid I don’t have many CDs of theirs. I need to get 2nd and 3rd Annual Report along with some other shit. I have a burned CD-R of ‘Heathen Earth’. I really want ‘TG Now’. Other than that I have ‘The Taste of TG’ and ‘Part Two: The Endless Not’
If you have stuff, care to megaupload it?
Yeah if I see you I’ll say hey and maybe we can share a drink and talk shit about all the ppl on Prongs and how Ministry sucks now! Maybe you should wear something crazy though like a pink top hat so I will recognize you haha

I don’t really have many of their cds… however a word of advice, they have 2 box sets out (of cds anyway one of dvds). one called 24 hours of throbbing gristle and the other called TG+. They are all their live shows boxed together. They’re out of print and rather expensive… usually like 150 or so, but when you look at the price compared to buying the single cds it’s actually not that bad a deal yet. So instead of paying 26 for some import of a live cd thats got bad quality, you’re already a 1/4 of the way to getting on of their digitally remastered box sets…
it’s weird to think the last tiem they toured the US was in 1981, the year I was born.
I do like the new album and 32nd Annual Report, so I’m not complaining. Personally I’d be even more excited if it was just Sleazy, Chris & Cosey but we all know that wouldn’t sell as well.
On a related note: Threshold House Boys Choir… I hadn’t heard that before last week, damn that was a bit of a letdown wasn’t it?

Saw this at Amoeba in hollywood a couple of days ago. It was behind the counter because it was $499.00 and Amoeba is usually far far cheaper than anything you can find on the net…so good luck!

I saw this behind the counter also but i didn’t see a price tag on it.
Late,

the official website says since NYC sold out so they may add a second date on the 26th/ SO that’d make nyc the first date and then the last date of this mini tour.
I’m surprised though i thought these people hated each other. Didn’t gen make some very nasty comments on th others in like some art magazine and in print?
There were problems back in the '90s. Seems they’ve patched things up.
It’s like I say, if Waters and Gilmour can get on stage again, ANYONE can do it.
There were some recent comments made in a magazine suggesting some bad blood between Genesis & Cosey, but I got the impression that it was more or less “We aren’t best friends, but we can still work together.”
The only evidence I can find from this incident is this quote from Genesis’s website in 2006:
Just because a minor point was made in a letter to a magazine, basically suggesting coumthing was a collaboration, rather than a separate piece, has NO, repeat NO relevance to TG. A mere art Astory correction is NOT anything to do with TG. It is not even necessarily how everyone views I.T. just one Individuals opinion. Open to criticism. Thee idea that ANYONE should coumhow exponentiate a minor lettr to a major issue is ridiculous. We are all entitled to our opinions and free speech. Tht does NOT ever mean that TG is in jeopardy, merely, that we all have a right to disagree.
