He should be (and likely already has been) fired, along with whoever participated in the little “stunt”.
I bet they did serve the taco shells, by the way, regardless of what they end up saying in their official statement.
It’s really disgusting and as a corporate giant I am sure Taco Bell will not take this lightly.
Crap like this is a PR nightmare when these types of incidents occur, and corporate needs to deal with the offenders swiftly and as extremely as they can to attempt to salvage their image and re-instill consumer confidence.
It’s only by nailing bastards like this to the wall that we, the public, have even a fighting chance of getting a Big Mac or a Taco Supreme that hasn’t been spit on or rubbed on some teenager’s ballsack.
Ridgecrest, by the way, is a small town (about 40K) and is isolated (no adjoining towns). This means that everyone knows everyone and stories spread faster than mono. Regardless of whether they try to prosecute him or anything, this kid and his family will be carrying some proper shame that will follow them for a while.

The guy probably got fired. I wouldn’t be surprised, though, if no one noticed what he did and ended up selling the taco shells, unknowingly. Very possible. Of course, as a company, they’re not going to admit the negligence of their management to miss something like that. I wouldn’t be surprised if the manager on duty also got shit-canned.
Also, as long as there’s bitterness in the fast food industry, it’ll probably end up happening again. The dumbass was just dumb enough to put it on video. Who knows what else goes on in these fast food places. Really makes you reconsider fast food altogether.

I’m a “it’s all socially related” guy. The more you see the gap in the social classes the more you’re gonna see this kind of shit. sure kids are kids and pull pranks and bla bla bla but I truly believe that if people think they are insignificant and are just proles they don’t mind lashing out because they have nothing to strive for and feel they have nothing to lose. So why not make yourself feel better by making someone eat a spit taco?

And I don’t think this has anything to do with class separation or income disparity. The dude was a stupid prick. Maybe he’s poor, maybe he’s not. I doubt he is. I think he’s just a fairly normal (unfortunately) teenage dumbass who needed some attention so he did a stupid stunt because some other retard had a camera. There’s a real double-edged sword that kids today are dancing on . . . cameras and cell phones and instant access encourages kids to do stupid and outrageous stuff . . . but that same technology that encouraged you to do something idiotic that perhaps now has just uploaded documentation of doing it . . . FOREVER!
Slapping kids on the wrist for doing stuff like this will do nothing. In legal terms, people who ate tacos that day have a strong grounds to press charges for assault. They could have eaten those tacos and gotten sick from his gross teenage douchebag mouth germs.
I’d like us to start being less like our typical pussy ass liberal American selves and more like Singapore. Whip the crap out of that little bastard and bastards like him and I guarantee that the frequency of such acts will decrease greatly and rapidly. His family doesn’t need more money, they need some proper shaming, big time (and like I said, they’ll get it more in Ridgecrest then in a place like LA).

but then you’re gonna have the Big government screamers talking about the government is now taking over our parental duties. I’m not saying your wrong I fully endorse this type of punishment, and I don’t think his family needs more money either, but the moral decline (more like decency) has been eroded (I think)based on the extreme greed that that has taken over this country and left many bitter and impoverished as well as hopeless.

Have you guys ever been to a taco bell and actually notice the employees. A majority of the ones I’ve seen (and in other places) come off like they really don’t give a shit. This guy, though, decided to be a goofball. Fast food jobs suck. Period. Not defending what he did, but it was definitely a “lol fuck this place lol” move.

Taco Bell is awesome. I love that terrible shit. Whenever I’m hungry and there’s nothing to eat at my place I’ll drive to Taco Bell. And I’ve never had an experience where I shat out explosive, bean dip diarrhea due to their food and I have a fucked up stomach too.
