Just finished watching this, it’s a Netflix exclusive.
Definitely inspired by 80s era Stephen King and Steven Spielberg. It also takes place in 1983 and they did an excellent job recreating that. Winona Rider stars in it.
I think this is going to make for an excellent series. Did anyone else happen to check it out yet?

4 episodes in, and I’m LOVING it.
everything from the font (straight SK) to the soundtrack, to the colors, and even casting… its really wrapped up in a perfect time capsule.
i can’t wait to finish it.
Four episodes in as well. When I first saw the trailer, I thought it was a kids show and was going to pass. A friend recommended it and told me it was nothing like I thought it would be I gave it a shot. Good stuff.
Season two is confirmed, as well as a soundtrack release. Can’t wait!
