Apparently there are these weird noises coming from the sky all over the world. I’m not sure if this is some sort of global youtube hoax - colour me surprised if it is- and I’m as sceptical as the next sceptic. But it does have me intrigued.
Is the apocalypse upon us? Is it time to start feasting on the brains of our fellow men?
Or is it UFOs? Isn’t it always UFOs? Every time something happens that can’t be explained right away…It’s UFOs!!! I don’t know about you, but I for one certainly blame the xtra terrestrials. Little fuckers, flying around in space like they fucking own the place and shit. Come down here and share some of that whizz bang technology shenanigans with the rest of us ya fucken greedy pricks.
Help us clone dinosaurs or cure cancer or invent some anti aging drug or something, instead of just flying over cornfields and probing lonely farmhands.
Can’t listen right now but is this “the hum”? If it is a lot of the videos for it were proven fake or obviously fake. It’s really hard to trust shit like that now days when you can record a legit sounding album on your laptop for a low price (free if you’re smart).

Thankyou internet for…ruining everything.

Nah, I thought that shit was still fascinating a couple of years ago. I still think it’s cool. I kind of wish it wasn’t proven fake (or so obviously fake in 90% of the videos).
I remember at first most everyone on some sites thought it was part of some marketing campaign and idiots were going off about how marketing like this is bad because it betrays the trust of people, etc. wah wah waaah. Funny shit.
But if you watch some of the videos where the sounds came from it’s blatantly fake. Guy pans camera all over the fucking place yet “the hum” is dead center and his movements and the ambient sounds follow the panning of the camera correctly. Shit like that. And the fact that a lot of the videos were linked to accounts of Christian extremist morons who would love for this sort of shit to be real for no other reason than it’s a possibility of the “end of days”.
You guys want some legit weirdness? Look up UVB-76.

Yeah. I thought as much. And it’s so like them to pull shit like that. Haven’t they been predicting for centuries that “Christ” will return and take up the Christian banner once again? Laughable. The bible is nothing more than a bunch of stories and folklore that have been passed down through generations and then manipulated and bastardized so that it all ties in to a central theme (ie Jesus was the son of God and only he can offer you redemption from an eternity of suffering in the afterlife - but only if you follow him.)
If we are all "God’s children and we were made in his image then why are some of us gonna burn and some of us are going to be offered paradise? If there supposedly is this Christian God as all the nutcases and mindless drones believe, then surely it God’s fault for creating us nasty little fuckers in the first place.
It’s just social conditioning through dogma.

That first one clearly sounded like construction equipment of some kind. As for the others I’ve heard experts say it could be radiation from space hitting the earths atmosphere, that in turn could be making the weird noises.
Hypothermia causes people to feel hot even though they are not. It’s quite common to find hypothermia victims stripped down naked. Hypothermia also causes hallucinations. combine all of that with the military base near by and the likelihood that that is where the radiation came from… case closed.
