Speaking of PANTERA -- Gunnar's Record Reviews

I wrote these “reviews” back almost 10 years ago. About 2 or 3 years back a friend made a web page for me and loaded up some random stuff, including these reviews. I only remembered them because of Eureka’s posting the “Hot and Heavy” videos . . . .

You were a fine Bush…

Honestly, songs like All Over Tonight and Heavy Metal Rules are a total guilty pleasure. I think I’d dig that Projects In The Jungle album.

I actually kind of dig the OLD pre-Phil Pantera sound. I think their macho fratboy douchemetal that was to follow is about 1000x more intolerable.

I still think the first two with Phil were great. It all went downhill when he stopped doing falsettos.
