I liked Snowpiercer but found Chris Evans’ performance painfully bad. The baby eating monologue is one I make fun of regularly with my buddy who I saw the movie with.
The best/worst laugh-at monologue I’ve ever seen is when Giovanni Ribisi breaks down in tears in front of his father in “Boiler Room.” “I was good at what I did, dad…”

The guy who created and wrote that, Charlie Brooker, is a really scathing tv and newspaper journalist, does some great weekly news review shows you might enjoy. Newswipe, i think, he also did Gameswipe, about computer games.

Right on, man. Glad you dig it. Iron Man optioned a feature length version of The Entire History of You. But, I’m not aware if it’s in development.
[reply]The very first episode is most controversial, “the national anthem,” but isn’t very sci if.
Still very brilliant.[/reply]
Indeed, it is. Great moral conflict. And why? Fucking art.

I liked the story well enough, but it would seem the resolution would be rather simple, just delete all the shit you learned and stay with her or delete her entire existence from your memory and move on. Cool concept of having a Tivo implanted in you, But I would imagine that would weaken our brain’s memory capabilities more than smart phones have.
Be right back was cute, but I think she could have learned to move on much faster when she realized it was never going to be him and and had actually made her piece with him passing as she began to accept the robot and then rejected it. I’m thinking she would’ve learned she could get the same benefit from someone real.
My only complaints so far is that be right back seemed a bit long and dragged out, and there are only three episodes in a season WTF?
Just about to start white bear.
So far my favorites have been national anthem and 15 million credits.

Thanks for the tip. I may check his articles out in the coming days.
Do you like to read sci-fi? If so, go out as fast as you can and buy a copy of Dan Simmons’ “Hyperion.” It’ll blow yr mind.

Love Dark City! One of my faves. Also, isn’t there a sample on Mole?
