Sociopath signs

I saw his somewhere and it was interesting. You know why:

10 signs for spotting a sociopath
#1) Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. They have a “glow” about them that attracts people who typically seek guidance or direction. They often appear to be sexy or have a strong sexual attraction. Not all sexy people are sociopaths, obviously, but watch out for over-the-top sexual appetites and weird fetishes.

#2) Sociopaths are more spontaneous and intense than other people. They tend to do bizarre, sometimes erratic things that most regular people wouldn’t do. They are unbound by normal social contracts. Their behavior often seems irrational or extremely risky.

#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions. This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought. They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others.

#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.

#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and “win” at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent, but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them. Their high IQs often makes them dangerous. This is why many of the best-known serial killers who successfully evaded law enforcement were sociopaths.

#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving. They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don’t actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running “stream of consciousness” monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets. As a great example of this in action, watch this interview of Charles Manson:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIfGj_55FHI

#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize. Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it! Charles Manson, the sociopathic murderer, is famous for saying, “I’ve never killed anyone! I don’t need to kill anyone! I THINK it! I have it HERE! (Pointing to his temple.) I don’t need to live in this physical realm…”

About 30% of the prision population are psychopaths and like 70 of the CEOs are psychopaths… or I got that backward

yeah, and about 90% of interesting musicians are to a degree as well.

stuff like this test always piss me off, it creates a binary of ‘us vs them’. the excerpt even says ‘like us’ and ‘like we do’.

psychopathy as well as sexuality is all on a spectrum. its just as rare to find a stone cold sociopath as it is to find a 100% heterosexual. people all fall within shades of things.

that being said, yeah, Al has some clear levels of psychopathic tendencies. haha.

I know what DJ Pon-3 is trying to get at here, but Al hasn’t been a “Master Wordsmith” in ages.

A lot of people accuse ME of being a sociopath so let me take a moment to respond to this most unscientific and blasphemous report so that those of you who are capable of reason may avoid falling for this report of lies and character assassination.

#1) Sociopaths are charming. Sociopaths have high charisma and tend to attract a following just because people want to be around them. Yeah, yeah. I’m awesome. Of course people want to hang out with me and find me sexy. Over-the-top? Weird? Pffft! This is 2012, Jerks, not 1950. Prudes.

#2) Sociopaths are more spontaneous and intense than other people. They tend to do bizarre, sometimes erratic things that most regular people wouldn’t do. They are unbound by normal social contracts. Their behavior often seems irrational or extremely risky.

Yes, most “regular” people wouldn’t do the stuff I do, because they’re not as awesome as I am. The above is the kind of stuff that people write when they’re bitter about their own lack of talent or success. Irrational and risky? Bahhhhh, that’s the kind of lexicon used by pussies!

#3) Sociopaths are incapable of feeling shame, guilt or remorse. Their brains simply lack the circuitry to process such emotions.

Why would I be ashamed of being awesome? I have no remorse for what I do because everything I do is awesome. This is just the type of crap LOSERS write about winners because they hate themselves and are jealous that we don’t wallow in the same sorry existence they do.

This allows them to betray people, threaten people or harm people without giving it a second thought.

Betray? I don’t owe you anything! Why would I give “second thought” to threatening or harming someone. They deserve it. I’m not going to sit and mull it over when I already know I’m right.

They pursue any action that serves their own self interest even if it seriously harms others.

Yeah, it’s called committment. I make a plan and I stick to it. At least I get stuff done, unlike the rest of you losers who sit on your ass all day and complain about people better than you.

#4) Sociopaths invent outrageous lies about their experiences. They wildly exaggerate things to the point of absurdity, but when they describe it to you in a storytelling format, for some reason it sounds believable at the time.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! You believe insane gibberish and that’s OUR problem. If you don’t want us taking advantage of you all the time don’t be so friggin’ stupid.

#5) Sociopaths seek to dominate others and “win” at all costs. They hate to lose any argument or fight and will viciously defend their web of lies, even to the point of logical absurdity.

Again, this is sad pouting by people who can’t win. Why would I concede my right to victory to someone so inferior?

#6) Sociopaths tend to be highly intelligent,

Thank you. Thank you very much.

but they use their brainpower to deceive others rather than empower them. Their high IQs often makes them dangerous. This is why many of the best-known serial killers who successfully evaded law enforcement were sociopaths.

Yeah, we’re BETTER than you and SMARTER than you. Deal with it.

As for bringing up serial killers, that’s stupid. There’s way more IDIOTS and regular jackoffs with lower IQ’s in prison than there are geniuses, but you don’t see me talking about it.

#7) Sociopaths are incapable of love and are entirely self-serving.

I serve myself out of love. Therefore this statement is contradictory and stupid.

They may feign love or compassion in order to get what they want, but they don’t actually FEEL love in the way that you or I do.

Ooops. Looks like another bitter ex here. Boo hoo. Save the drama for your mama, Crybaby!

#8) Sociopaths speak poetically. They are master wordsmiths, able to deliver a running “stream of consciousness” monologue that is both intriguing and hypnotic. They are expert storytellers and even poets.

Thank you. You are most observant and kind on this point.

As a great example of this in action, watch this interview of Charles Manson:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIfGj_55FHI

I don’t need to. But I’m sure you are right and it will be awesome.

#9) Sociopaths never apologize. They are never wrong. They never feel guilt. They can never apologize.

This is really stupid. If I’m never wrong why am I going to feel guild or apologize. Stop being so stupid.

Even if shown proof that they were wrong, they will refuse to apologize and instead go on the attack.

Too late. You already admitted that I’m never wrong. Stop grasping at straws.

#10) Sociopaths are delusional and literally believe that what they say becomes truth merely because they say it!

What is your point? You’re really all over the place here, Chief. First you call us liars and then say that we’re never wrong and everything we say becomes truth. Well, if I’m never wrong then obviously everything I say will be true.

Charles Manson, the sociopathic murderer, is famous for saying, “I’ve never killed anyone! I don’t need to kill anyone! I THINK it! I have it HERE! (Pointing to his temple.) I don’t need to live in this physical realm…”

Why are you so hung up on Manson? Was your family in his cult or something? You guys should learn to be more discerning of character and pick your friends better.

the sad thing is I work with kids with at least 7-9 or so of those traits.

the sad thing is I work with kids with at least 7-9 or so of those traits.

It’s not sad. Most kids are sociopaths but hopefully they grow out of it. It’s the ones who don’t ya gotta watch out for.

I know what DJ Pon-3 is trying to get at here, but Al hasn’t been a “Master Wordsmith” in ages.

Come on, Man . . .

“Surgeons they cut to heal you.
Axe murderers cut to kill you.
Well I’m filthy rich and I’m horny.
But you just f***ing bore me.”

Shakespeare can suck it!

these kids are literally headed for prison.

did you look up the book? I don’t think that’s how he presents it. I also don’t think this posted list is all that accurate.

psychopathy as well as sexuality is all on a spectrum. its just as rare to find a stone cold sociopath as it is to find a 100% heterosexual. people all fall within shades of things.

this is more along the lines of what the book was about. Talked about the 40 point scale and most people fall withing 12-15 of the points once you start exhibiting around 20 or so of the traits then there is cause for alarm. He also talks about the mental health industry and once your in in the system you cannot get out.
