So who got the new dvd?

I got mine in the mail, lucky me I got the fucked up first printing with the golden ticket… anyway I didn’t really have time to watch both discs, so i popped in the bonus disc while i was doing some cleaning. 2 things, no burton that I saw (which is odd being he was on the whole US tour) and 2. they probaabl could have fit both discs onto 1… no bonus features that I saw. just play movie… that’s it… no subtitles, commentary, nothing… oh well i’ll give it another gander and post a real review when i get the time

Mine’s on the way. no retailers around here have it in stock! I had to get it from amazon.
Hopefully it’ll be here soon Kinda curious to see it!

I have it. From the other thread:

"The “first 4000” copies of the DVD have a printing error with disc 1 labeled as disc 2, and vice versa. Fortunately they did put a little certificate inside that warns you about this and informs you that the misprint DVD is an official Collector’s Item.

Weirdest thing: NO chapter/song menus! WTF!

En Vivo wasn’t bad. The first song is a bit more of a “music video” collage or random clips than the rest, after that it settles into what appears to be one venue per song, so you don’t get the distracting wardrobe changes with each cut like you do on Sphinctour. There’s some nice footage of an outdoor venue in daylight. The style is still a lot of fast cuts throughout the DVD, but at least it flows in sequence. I’m not a musician and wasn’t being too picky about it, but I thought the audio and visuals (drums, guitars, etc.) were synced well enough. It was believable that I was hearing and seeing the same performance, so I don’t really care if it actually was. What surprised me about the performances is that Al appeared to sing all of the '80s/'90s Ministry songs, I didn’t see any footage of Burton (or Wayne) singing anything. A minor disappointment is that the backing videos on stage were under-utilized, I enjoyed watching them when I was at the show but you don’t get to see much of them on the DVD (and the outdoor venue didn’t even have any).

Fuchi Requiem was just pointless. These guys have absolutely nothing interesting to say. Who wants to hear from 5 different members of Ministry how “cool” and “nostalgic” it was to have a fence on the stage?"

Since I got my new debit card, i’ve started debating again on picking it up, but I dunno. Still no dvd rips that i’ve seen yet. It’s only 16 bucks, so yeah…maybe… I kinda just want the live version of It’s A Wonderful World which was oddly enough my favorite of the cover album.

looks like the dvd is all from the same 2 shows and they just alternate between the two shows along with some mastubatour footage sprinkled about…

since i won’t be anywhere near this amateur hour offering, i’m diggin’ the commentary here. how difficult is it to cross the “t-s” and dot the “i-s”?

(oh i forgot. al has excellent management now, and his label is topnotch, and ready to represent the up and coming young talent. oh. … ow…ouch.)

Isnt the DVD made entirely from European shows? No wonder Burton doesnt appear.

euro shows…maybe that’s why burton’s not there.
considering he’s done so much for al and 13th elevatorland, why wouldn’t they want him there?
that was a rhetorical question.

burton’s face (Or more like his hair/head)is splashed about 2-3 times very quickly during “just 1 fix”
