What if the countries prosperity was reversed? What if Mexico was the land of opportunity and America was a an economic wasteland. Do you think Mexico would lovingly open it’s arms to millions of illegal Americans hoping the borders and cashing in on Mexico’s prosperity? When many of the Americans get to Mexico, they take advantage of all of Mexico’s social services, pay no income tax, are undocumented, and refuse to learn to speak Spanish. They drive with no insurance and registration and simply leave car accidents raising insurance costs for those who are responsible enough to carry it.
This isn’t a racism problem, it’s an economic and political problem. It wouldn’t matter what color the people from another country were, if they were coming here in droves illegally. There are probably plenty of racists that just don’t like Mexicans, but you can’t paint everyone who thinks that measures should be taken to stop or slow this huge influx of undocumented and illegal aliens as simply a racist.
I get sick of the media and the d-bag lefties wanting people to feel bad for being white. For the way they were born. You can be proud of your heritage and shout black or brown power, openly make fun of white people and white culture, but if a white person is proud of their race or makes a crack at any minority culture, the person is a fucking racist. I take issue with this statement. Many people would like to be truck drivers, many people would like to be mechanics working for the local marine base. Many people would love work in fields (if it paid a decent wage) so your next statement is only a half true statement.

I just call racism where I see it. I agree and understand it is yelled way too much and is abused… it’s easily the left that cried wolf. Which really sucks because when you’ve got something like SB1070 (or whatever it’s called) and you can legitimately yell racism, the fact that racism has been yelled so much that it loses its power, people are desensitized and don’t care. If what we’re doing to the migrant worker is lovingly opening our arms, I’d hate to think what hate would look like.
That aside, I would not think Mexico would open arms any more than we have and that’s a damn shame because I’d like to think that America is better than Mexico.
In comparison if all variables were the same, minus the economic opportunities, I would imagine Mexico would certainly not open their arms because they are Mexico and overtly ignore human rights. With that being said that is exactly why the US should do the opposite of that. We don’t’ want to be the "Economic opportunity” version of Mexico.

As far as paying no income tax, yeah that sux, but they do pay taxes every time they buy something (most of the corporations in the US as well as the top 1% wealthy families also pay no income taxes so that is a draw).
The no documents are exactly why they can’t take advantage of our social services. And as far as learning to speak English… how often do American tourists go somewhere “exotic” and refuse to speak the native language and are downright pissed when the natives don’t speak English? Kids in other countries start learning English/foreign languages in 1st grade. Do we here in America have an educational program like that? No. We expect everyone to cater to us.
So I don’t get angry at those that want to keep their language… Although, I will give you that we should not have to cater to them! You wanna vote in an election, better learn to read English cause that’s all it’s gonna be written in. But that’s my personal preference. If somehow over night the country changed into a Spanish speaking country then I would be saying the same thing about English. Whatever is the dominant language should be catered to.

LOL you can’t rest that at the feet of illegal’s. There are more citizens without car insurance and registration than illegal’s. Just by sheer volume of citizens in the country. This is a poverty issue not an illegal immigrant issue. There is what? 300 Million Citizens in America? Conservatively, if 10 percent of them don’t have car insurance or registration, that’s 30 million. I don’t think there are 30 million illegal immigrants in America.

I don’t agree all the way. Black and brown power are political slogans rooted in a deep heritage of civil rights and social struggle. “White power” obviously is not. I think you can openly make fun of “white culture” because it’s generic. You start going after specific white groups and now there is just as much of a problem. That’s why I like living in a state with no income tax. Most of our taxes are in the form of sales tax, so your legal status doesn’t matter. Everyone pays the same percentage.
I’d have no problem with these people being here if they’d just pay the rent. But they don’t. I pay a buttload in taxes. It would be nice if these hard workers would help pick up the tab once in a while.

Liberals don’t own corporations. Conservatives do, and news organizations are corporations. So they own MSM and so there is no way they are gonna let an opinion that is counter productive to their agenda be seen. in all honesty kinda surprised msnbc at night even exists.

What school would hire an English teacher who was not fluent in English in an English speaking country in the first place? That is ridiculous discrimination by the sounds of it.
