Hypnotic Records is a division of Cleopatra, so I guess this is an “official” remix in some sense. Not sure if anyone in Ministry is aware of it.

I’m just glad that everyday is not Halloween
Folks, this is why you don’t sign with Cleopatra.

“If you’ve been reduced to issuing not one but two CDs in a row featuring almost nothing but re-recordings of your old hits, you’re either a member of The Ventures or your career is in the toilet. And if that second CD happens to be on Cleopatra – essentially the RC Cola of record labels (i.e. flat, watered-down dog piss) – then I’m guessing it’s the latter.”
That guy’s an idiot. RC Cola is awesome.
Hahahahaha!!!
Wow.
I hope Skrillex produces that.
And yes . . .
RC Cola rules!
GOD MAKE IT STOP
Uncle Al’s career is just getting started!!
I’m certainly not saying he’s above it (he ain’t), but that one is a little bit suspect. First off it doesn’t say “Ministry” on the actual cover art (if you can call it that) and second, what the heck is Hynotic Records.
Without knowing anything else, I’m guessing this is just some crappy DJ mix thingy. It will NOT surprise me to be proven wrong, though.
Sorry, I just realize Dust answered much of my doubt here . . .

Must be placeholder art. No one in their right mind would create that for a single release, even if it’s only a digital download. How would you like that image to pop up on your media player? Cripes… [unimpressed]

I don’t know, Dude . . . . we’ve said that before, I believe.

It very much IS some crappy DJ mix thingy. I just meant that they probably have the required legal permission via Cleopatra Records to be selling their Ministry remix. If you go up and look at the rest of the tracks on the Halloween Official 2011 Edition digital album, its just a mix of various crap that Cleopatra had laying around and soundtrack remixes by the “Dubstep Halloween Monsters”.
There are at least three versions of the compilation with different titles/covers:

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I just clicked on the link for “Calling All Monsters”.
Wow.
Just amazing. It’s like those “Drew’s Party Jam” CD’s (I bought the 4th of July one last year) where it lists a bunch of classic pop/rock songs you want to rock out to but they’re all just crappy covers played by some factory buttmess of a house band that cranks this junk out in their sleep.
Uncle Al’s career is just getting started!!
Laugh now.
But in 25 years when you’ve got medical bills and no insurance and your musical glory days are long behind you, that Cleopatra deal will seem like a pretty good opportunity. Rerecord some old songs for a greatest hits album, sign something that lets Cleopatra put your stuff on a few compilations, make a few remixes - it’s like money in the bank.
But it comes at price…
If only they’d jumped on the bandwagon a few years earlier, we could have a genre of music called DUBYASTEP.
“The Landubstep And Honey”
“Dubstep of the Spoon”
“G Dubstepped My Hotrod”
“You Goddubstep of a Bitch!”
“Dubstepathy”
“Dubstepetsbud”
“The Dub is a Terrible Thing to Step”
