Sex-O Olympic-O

…is apparently getting released October 14th. Here’s to hoping it’s at least listenable.

Krowe

yeah. fuck 'em.

YEAH!
VIVA HATRED!

On the other hand, you could take a listen to Stayte’s two albums, available on iTunes, and decide for yourself whether the members of a band that managed to impress both Al and Paul post-split are worthy of a stab at the RevCo legacy.

I think Stayte is great, and the guys exceeded my low expectations on the RevCo tour a couple of years ago, so I’m not going to become self-righteously angry about this album until I’ve heard it.

i like them, they have a cool sound, and the new revco stuff is a billion times better than the last one (though i sorta liked it in a way).

plus, it’s got sin, and he is a great player.

Despite his cyber-goth cooler-than-thou exterior Sin seems to be a very likable chap, and his playing is very good. Out of the new crop of Ministry members he probably impressed me the most when I barely gave the guy a chance to begin with.

I’m encouraged, if only because the new clips I’ve heard don’t sound like Last Sucker leftovers. I’d like to believe there are better songs on the album than what’s been released so far. I’ll give it a fair chance.

1002

I’m planning on listening to it. I don’t necessarily dislike what i’ve heard so far, but i’ll definitely be giving this a shot. I’m skeptical, but i’m going to try and see it for what it is. Who knows? It might have a single song on there that might throw us away.

I can’t get too excited about a bunch of dudes that I really know nothing about putting out some record that may or may not be anything like what a bunch of totally different dudes did a long time ago.

Seconded… but I’m still checkin’ it out.

By the way, BEST AVATAR EVER.

That’s my RevCo tribute band name, right there.

Kudos to you.
