Personally, I think this is the best setlist he’s put together in. . .20+ years? The new album is strong enough to be played in full. The Rape & Honey tracks are more than expected. And bonus points for finally fucking dropping all the W era tracks. No more Señor fucking Peligro!!!
I will be at both Fonda shows. Can’t wait.
Yeah I’m pretty stoked too…I never really give a shit about set lists…I’m old as fuck so come from a time pre-internet when there was no way to know what a set list was gonna be…if you liked the band you went and supported them and you got what you got…I still am that way…That being said,it is refreshing to see the Bush stuff get dropped(and I actually like that stuff well enough)…

While I’m glad he’s ditching the W stuff (much like Acid, I like the W albums but give it a rest already) I think the set list is going to have to get much more diversified before I go back to a ministry show. The new album grew on me in a big way but I don’t need to hear it start to finish live. If I go to any of these L.A. shows it’ll be because JW will have hammered on me to go but as of right now I have no interest.
Maybe someone can post a pic of what the merch looks like?? any zipper hoodies?

I don’t usually step into these flame-wars. It’s like seeing a pile of shit and thinking, “You know, getting that all over my shoes is just the thing I need right now.” That having been said, I visit my mother in FL once a year, in Lake Worth – a supposedly “nice” section of FL. RabidchickenJR’s assessment of FL is spot on, and funny to boot. Florida is the rotted penis hanging off the US. Would you visit a rotting penis?

No worries. She lives in a 55 and over gated community. Between the inside of her community and the local Publix, I don’t see much other than empty land and the occasional smattering of Steinbeckian poverty. We went to the local record store (according to Google) and it was TOTALLY a weed front. Which is fine by me, but not with my mom in tow.
