I was at Krogers and saw it on their stands - near check-out. Would have bought it just for this but there was some super extreme buttslammers who I don’t recognize on the cover and there was just no way this was happening. Long story short - the reviewer called it dopey and obnoxious. Think he was being kind?
Oh and to make the story worse they gave Bell’s new band 3 stars.

The only thing the reviewer enjoyed was the “Under My Thumb” cover. I was amused by his condescending comparison of the track list to a Guitar Hero video game.
The review mentioned that one of the Co-Conspirators was from Static X. Is Static actually on the final product, or just on that rumoured Beatles cover that was never released?
Just read an interview with Al in some free LA mag called “Wide Eyed”. Afterwards I found myself feeling significantly dumber. The man tosses the F word around in a way that makes me think he’s run out of things to say. I mean other than how much he doesn’t like Bush. Yaaaawn. They asked him about recording “Cover Up” and he compared his creative process on the album to Beavis and Butthead. Goodnight.
