I wouldn’t be surprised if that recording originated from Numbers nightclub in Houston (where the aforementioned concert was) - they have a history and connection with Ministry/RevCo, and the connection goes way back.

Balch is living in Manitoba, living the quiet life of software engineer/IT guru. Prior to that, he was doing tour management duties here and there. I last saw him in person back in '02 when he tour managed Haujobb. He did a few more tours after that but since retired from the circuit.
