Alright I just got back from the Revco show, HOLY SHIT MAN. That was one of my new all time favorite shows. The band is fucking great and if you don’t go see them you’re a fucking dipshit. Josh Bradford is an incredible front man. I got to fucking scream “I’m not gay” into the mic twice during the song, and a few other times during a few others I can’t recall at this time. The guys a fucking crazy perv, he stole some chicks pocketbook and started going through it. I put some money down his pants while he was stripping and jumping into the crowd. hugged him, did other naughty not-gay things, the guys a real good front man. Al came out during the last two songs. uhm fuck…can’t remember right now what the first song was…I was too busy taking like 50 pics of Al, which I will upload tomorrow of course. But yeah Al was great, he was smothered in women during “if you think I’m sexy” and he looks very healthy right now. Uhhh sorry if this was all scrabbled and run on, I’ll try to explain it all better tomorrow. I also got a revco beanie for 5 bucks and a signed poster for 10bucks.
God damn. Sounds like fun.
Excellent.
i heard that the revco new york show was half filled, that josh was amazing and al was a distraction onstage–barely there.
anyone else besides the longisland person have a view of this?

didn’t somebody waste their money (i mean buy) those special backstage passes on here? i’m too lazy to go look to find out whom it was… how about some reviews of that, or is the silence the review? and long island sounds like got we got a little too hard because we got a chance to since into the microphone at a big rock show and feel like a rock star… it’s chapter 1 rock concert singer stuff really… but hey, when i was 15 and got to sing pets with perry farrell at randell’s island i thought it was the best concert i’d ever seen will ever see and my life was now complete for a few days too…
but uhm, i don’t recall seeing your name around here before so welcome to the board

No, I didn’t buy VIP…and yes it was still a great show…and I kinda kinda appeared on these forums after lurking them for about a year to shamefully promote my youtube account.

1002[/reply] I usually don’t get too hyped after shows, I didn’t go expecting anything too great. But I was wrong.
I bought the VIP tix but got sick and couldn’t make it.

Double [:(].
oh man guys, shit…too bad, I would have bought one off of you if you would sell them slightly cheaper.

After the show Sin came out and I talked to him a bit. We talked about Austin since I had just moved from there. He said something about a surprise guest or guests there. I didn’t ask who but I can almost guess.
Mike Scaccia. Emo’s has spoiled that via myspace bulletins. I was wondering if it was an error just trying to advertise the band by outdated members without knowing it.
I’ll probably go see them Tuesday in Houston. Though no one else can go so I’m not sure yet. Might as well get out and have some fun though.
Charlotte was the closest show to me, but at 227 miles away it just didn’t seem worth it.
My wife and I went to see them last night in Charlotte. There weren’t many people in the audience at all. Maybe 30-50 or so? Right before the band started we just walked right up all the way to the stage so I was in between Josh and Sin. Josh kept putting the mic in front of my face so I did a lot of singing. I guess I am officially a Revolting Cock now.
Before the band started, Jim Rose came by and asked if my wife would go on stage at the end and we chatted a bit. We told him we were going out for out anniversary and told us he was having one soon too so he brought his wife over and introduced her to us.
Since there weren’t many people they skipped the encore break and just did the last three songs without stopping.

The set list was basically the same as above. Same songs but slightly different order. Nothing extra and nothing less.
Great show. Too bad there weren’t many people. I’m glad I went.
Sweet that you had a good time and got to meet the band without having to pay up front for some special meet and greet thing
Emo’s Austin: REVOLTING COCKS FANS, tickets for the Fri 10/30 show are now TWO-FOR-ONE! http://bit.ly/hdeQP (Mike Scaccia’s doing 3 Ministry songs too!)

That bastard. So close to my show. Oh well, I’d only be pissed if they did Filth Pig songs and he wasn’t in the band then. Likely NWO, Just One Fix, and Thieves.
I thought he was on Filth Pig. At least a few songs on there. More likely, it won’t be anything from that album though.
Is Al going to be there too?
If so, it’ll be three Ministry songs from Houses.

Good point. I was thinking the tour behind it.
This reminds me I just got the Sphinctour DVD in the other day. Love it.

Oddly enough Al’s not listed for any of the TX shows. I wouldn’t be too shocked if he showed up though. But I doubt it.
Last I checked two ex-cocks currently live in Austin. I wonder if either will even bother to go see the show.
I would say that, but if Saccia is willing to play, then who knows?
