Hey what’s up, fellas. Name’s Piko and i’ve been lurking here for awhile. Figured it wouldn’t be a such a bad idea to actually register and post. With that aside; i’ve got a question when it comes down to vocalists. On YGDSOAB. Is that Al or Luc doing vocals for “we shall cleanse the world” and “You Often Forget”? And on Linger Fickin Good; it lists on chris connelly’s site that he did most of the tracks on the album but gila copter, but it says he didn’t do rockabye. Is it just a typo? Or are there any other vocalists on that album other than leary and connelly?
on ygdsoab luc is the one in black cap; al’s in a bandana if i remember correctly.
We Shall Cleanse The World - Al Jourgensen
You Often Forget - Chris Connelly (Al on backups)
The Rockabye - sounds like Chris, but it could be Luc Van Acker.

Much thanks. I’ve never seen the live video of that show, in exception of “Cattle Grind”. So I knew which was luc and all. Just on the cd, I thought “you often forget” was chris but then his site said it wasn’t. I kinda figured “we shall cleanse” was Al, but good to know for sure.
There’s usually someone selling booted DVDs of YGDSOB on the net, if you look around. I paid probably $10 for my DVD copy, and it’s good to have until the real thing gets re-mastered.
On Big Sexy Land, I think it’s Richard 23 on vox for “Cleanse”, but I always liked Al’s live version better. Gotta love those Omega Man samples.

On the album version, i’m sure that Richard 23 did do vocals for those two songs. I knew it was definately not him on the live album. But i’ll definately have to keep an eye out for that video.
Rockabye is Chris.
His official site is way the hell off then. But at least he makes sure that he sang lead on “so what”…heh I’m sure Chris did vocals for the entire album other than gila copter.
Yeah, that is his official site but a lot of the discog was put together before it was, so some of it never got re-evaluated.
