The dude that allegedly seen Bob Saget suckin’ dick for coke is wearing a pretty killer T-shirt.
I don’t feel like finding it but there’s a darkspoon poster in that adam sandler movie he play’s the antichrist
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Seriously?
I’m thinking the movie you’re talking about is “Little Nicky”. I’ve never had the guts to watch it, but that’s pretty awesome.
I was trying to find the commercials for 8 Seconds (the bull-riding film with Luke Perry) and Robocop v. Terminator (video game) both of which used “Corrosion” circa 1993.
Also, a few tracks were in “Hurt Locker” about 2 years back. I was really surprised they didn’t milk that more. I only stumbled on it by accident. It actually fit the film quite well. The tracks were from RGB which I can’t stand but in context of the movie the tracks worked well.
13th Planet is horrible at capitalizing on things that could actually BENEFIT their profile. I don’t know why.
Also the movie Freejack with Mick Jagger features Thieves in a bar fight scene, if I remember correctly.
The best will forever be with NWO playing during one of the white water raft crashes with Kevin Bacon in RIVER WILD.

That 8 Seconds commercial used “Burning Inside”, unless there’s a second commercial that used Corrosion.
I can’t remember the exact year, but it was pre-2005 and the Bears and 49ers played on ESPN Sunday Night, and they used Burning Inside for the intro into the game and into the commercials. Not sure if they chose it as a random song, or because of the Ministry/Chicago connection.

Classic scene haha.

I’m sure you’re right. It’s been almost 20 years and I couldn’t find a clip on YouTube to confirm (I tried desperately).
There was a really great usage of Pailhead’s “I Will Refuse” a few years back on an episode of “Cold Case” — it used the buildup of the song in an opening sequence where these kids get ready to unleash Columbine-style fury upon a shopping mall’s food court. And when the song explodes, the guys are just shooting and blasting at everything in sight. It worked really well. I’ll search for that (probably another disappointment waiting) one today.
