questions for gerda

I really don’t care about its significance to the case of GRUMPY v. DILDO (2017) . . . .

But THANK YOU for unearthing this classic saga.
There are some shiny ass nuggets of gold in there.

I know Paul told us she posted here, but… Maybe she’s different in real life. Who could put up with this everyday?

I think she’d HAVE TO be different in real life.
I mean, she came in here expecting to have y’all fall at your feet in the presence of Ministry royalty. And at first, and with a decent measure, people did react in the way she expected and wanted. But she was such a c*nt about it. How in the fuck was anyone expected to just sit back and let her be such an asshole to everyone?

In the real world 1% of people know who Ministry is. Of those, maybe 1/4 know who Paul Barker is. Of those that know who Barker is, maybe 1/10th give a shit. Of those . . . . . . maybe 1 out of 100 give a shit about his wife or anything she would have to say.

So, yeah I guess when 0.0000025% of the world gives a shit who you are, you can just check that shit at home when you’re going out for potting soil or glazed donuts.

That being said, I do suspect she’s just as annoying and batshit crazy. Just . . . . without any borrowed weight to throw around.

I didn’t get that impression. The only thing that seemed a little odd about her was how paranoid she was. But, I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and accept that she might have had good reasons. I still have her VIP pass that she took off and gave to me so that I could hang out in the VIP area at Retrospectacle. She didn’t have to do it but she insisted on giving it to me. She also got Connelly to sign his book and send it to me. I didn’t do anything for her other than treat her like a friend.

That’s cool. I’m glad you had a good experience with her. I suspect if she was a co-worker or client or neighbor that we’d get along just fine as I’d just look past her behavior and attitude (if it even exists off court) to get through the day.

But online or anywhere else that I wouldn’t normally just suck it up for convenience I just don’t let people talk that way to me or others. She came in with such a haughty sense of entitlement and importance . . . . for . . . being Mrs. Paul Barker? Whatever.

Anyway . . . As the only interaction I’ve had with her was on this board, my assessment of her is less than favorable . . . . . .

But I still miss her dearly for all the great times I had with her on this board.

You’re like a projection machine. [shocked]

Didn’t Uncle Al and Gums expose her and Paul’s sekrit embezzlement/contract killing plot? Criminals are always paranoid.

Yeah, she was nice with the gifts. She sent me a malekko t-shirt and a bunch of stickers, and i think something else … - thats when she was special ed though. I think she was much more poised as ed than under her namesake. Man she was freaky and incoherrent under her namesake.

No.

No.

What? You don’t find Paul and Gerda believable as a modern-day, Industrial rock Lord and Lady Macbeth? [pirate]
