Was this mix available in a non video format?
There was 2 versions of this song released. The original UK mix features less of the ‘squiggly’ guitar line and more of the crunchy track, while the US mix had the squiggly bits turned up a lot more.
the video in question is the US video and features the US mix. Other than this track the mixes for the rest of the album seem to be exactly the same.
the Re-issue/Remsater of Pandemonium is the UK version.
That’s weird - my copy of Pandemonium sounds different from the video, but I presume it’s the U.S. version, since I got it in the U.S…
I know that this version appeared on the U.S. promo releases back in '94… I had one, and this was the mix I was used to until I finally bought the actual album. The video mix is WAY shorter than the promo version, but the mix is the same - punchy drums (they almost sound programmed), and drier, crunchier guitars.

IIRC, both versions, the edits of both versions and a couple of other remixes turn up on the “Pandemonium” remix CDS.
Cool version. I will have to dig up a copy of this. Pandemonium is still my favorite KJ album from start to finish. The plethora of remixes spawned from this are also enjoyable.
The only time KJ has come to my area was on this tour and it remains one of my biggest regrets that I didn’t attend.
