I honestly can hardly even be bothered to react to stories anymore (aside from being worried and saddened by everything). I turn on one channel and it tells me THIS happened and THIS is what I’m supposed to believe and THIS is what I’m supposed to feel about it all. Then I go to another channel and it’s 100% different . . . actually THIS happened and THIS is what I’m supposed to believe, feel, etc. Both sides have tiny bits of select information wrapped in giant sheets of bullshit and are far more focused on telling me why the “other” guys are evil demonic pieces of shit than giving anything resembling solutions or hope.
Why does “News” consist of a bunch of motherfuckers all in uniform agreement with each other, shouting at me to be the same? It’s not a liberal media or conservative media thing either. It’s all the same. Just equally different. It’s like a bunch of fucking 5 year old siblings that hate/love everything to oppose their sister/brother. Chocolate ice cream is the best. And so-called conservatives and liberals are all jerking off profusely watching our country consume itself. Trump wants it all to go straight to shit so he can shout “This is why you need me!” or “Look at what happens to Democrat cities!” and continue his quest to snatch term 2 by any means necessary. Meanwhile, Biden is loving watching the same devastation so he can say, “This was Trump’s. This is what happened when he was President.” and the more fucked he can get our country to be, the lower the bar is when he steps in which needs to be really fucking low for his geriatric ass to have a chance of stepping over it.
Anyway, I’m just really dismayed at the outlook of all of this. We have over 300 Million people in America and we’ve somehow managed to get the two WORST as our finalists for top seat of the country.
This business of Trump refusing to give up the Presidency after a defeat is really wild. I watched some Constitutional government expert dude say that we don’t really have any clear protocol or system for transfer of power. Up until now it always went smoothly because eventually, after votes were counted accordingly, the one guy would gracefully “concede” and things moved on. Well, that works fine and well until you get a sumbitch like Trump who just wants to piss on and challenge everything, for gain or just for the sheer joy of pure fuckery.
Just gonna wait and see what happens, I guess. Are we gonna have some weird ass South American style showdown in the final chapter of this Presidency? And, honestly, as sanctimonious as the “left” pretend to be, they won’t behave much differently if they lose . . . and let’s face it, if anyone is able to lose with a 10+% spread, well, that would be Democrats.
