Inspired by Voidhead’s idea for a prongs.org Bandcamp page, I setup a prongs.org Soundcloud group. It could be a good way to have a list of all the prongs.org musicians in one place.
So if you’re on Soundcloud, link one of your tunes to this group. Or just go there and listen to other people’s stuff.
Oh, and if someone has some good idea for artwork for the group logo, let me know. I thought about the Ministry “M” symbol, but I didn’t really want to do that.
I think let’s keep it to one track per user, right? Regardless if they have multiple projects? I’ll just switch it out as our new material becomes ready to release.
Thanks, Void. That song was accepted for a compilation album several years ago, and then the guy changed his mind and didn’t include it. Ass.
You actually can’t load more than one track per project into a group. I assume that’s Soundcloud’s way of making sure you don’t spam groups.
I have added “Cold Silence (Live 4-2-11)” to the Collective. This is a new song currently in work for that long-overdue Corrugation album, which is still in progress. I submitted a different song to Chemical for his comp.
Nice, agreed I think soundcloud is the best option and a great way to keep track of everybody’s projects. I submitted an Eddie Entropy remix (which is pretty much just an Eddie Entropy track). I have another side project too I was going to submit a track from but should we just keep it to 1 track per user?
I don’t see why we can’t do one track per project.
Unless you’ve got 100 projects or something it shouldn’t overwhelm the works.
I’ve got it as an open group right now. Unless a bunch of people who aren’t on Prongs start trying to post stuff I don’t intend to make it approval only.
Definitely would like to contribute a track to this, once I get around to finishing new CS music. I should have something soon, once I finish this other project I have going but has no CS ties.
i uploaded some old skool shit i did under Gas Mask Theory a couple of years ago, anyways its a bit rough around the edges, but wanted to share with you guys
We have some talented people in here and the funny thing is that most of the songs go well with each other. Prongs musicians are in the same wave length.
I submitted a track called “a lumini” by a project called Tosse.
