What’s the odds on getting a chatroom started for this board?
Is it easy to set up?
Would many people here be interested in that kind of thing?

While I don’t know if this would be a worthwhile venture (personally I don’t know if I’d use it) I think it’s no harm to discuss new avenues for this place, nothing drastic just maybe some refreshments. This is my prudent, anti-conservative thought.

I think the chatroom is a cool idea. I’d probably hang out on it… although would the board die off if Afra added that?

I think a chat would interfere and replace what we have of a board. I think the board is fine, and most of the time, I check it on my phone. I wouldn’t be able to do that on my phone most likely. I don’t see the point though.

I’d just say start a Prongs facebook group and people could chat on there if they liked. I don’t think it would threaten the health of the main message board.
I suffer from insomnia often so it is nice to have people to IM with from time to time.
