agreed… jello has earned the right to be a (and a I hate to use this word in this case) control freak when it comes to his music and how it’s handled
i think at this point biafra has figured out who’s playin’ him and who’s not.
biafra is a player. he is an historical figure above and beyond al.
biafra knocks al off the map.biafra made some ugly moves. and good for him.
i don’t like him. but his progression in music is a lot more interesting than ministry’s.

I don’t think he peddles “class hatred” just merely points out that there is class warfare currently being waged, and i think his thoughts on “the new feudal system” are spot on!

When I went to see Flogging Molly several years ago, a video for punkvoter.org or some such organization came on, and Jello appeared to tell everyone to vote.
He was roundly booed.
Voting is un-punk…that is why they booed.
i never said i didn’t love/ appreciate biafra. i just can’t stand the lack of social finesse.

yeah pretty much. More-so cause the people that did the beating were calling him a sell out and telling him to go home in his bmw or some shit. there are varios articles/interviews on line about it. apparently it all boiled down to some east coast west coast label type gangsta shit between biafra and the dude that runs mordam recs. when biafra wouldn’t cut a deal that the mordam guy wanted he started talking shit about biafra in interviews and some “punk” kids beat the shit outta him at a concert based on what the mordam guy had said.
