Around the same time as James Wooley, Preston Hubbard also passed away. He worked a bit with Al on the original Buck Satan iteration and hung out with Al and Patty when they moved to Austin in the mid-90s. I still think his autobiographical article on his drug use should be mandatory reading for anyone considering trying heroin.

Saddened to hear of Preston’s passing. Another case of someone that’s gone too soon. Thanks for posting the link as well, he definitely pulled no punches in his journals.
