need help from fellow prongers!

can anyone provide me with FLAC (or any other lossless format) of Piss (Edit) from the promo single and maybe someone does have the japan-only “I want you/she’s so heavy” beatles cover from “cover up”?

I think if you’re looking for a lossless version you’ll have to get an import of the cd or make friends with a Japanese Ministry fan.

that chaps my hide! I wonder why they do that? at any rate I have the TKO versions of all of the 13th planet releases because Japan doesn’t put them in the crappy Digipaks. Give me the good old fashioned jewel cases! Did you know that TKO has a Dual version of REVCO? It’s called the double barrel cocked and loaded (or something to that effect.) but it’s both Cocked and loaded and the Remixxx version of it. It’s pretty cool!

the most probable reason for removing “she’s so heavy” from the track order for non-japan releases was the copyright issue perhaps…

and yes i agree i love jewel cases, though digipaks may look cool and shiny, it’s paper after all, and with standard jewel cases you can always replace them if they get worn out or broken.

it’s great that you have both tracks in lossless, can’t wait to get my hands on 'em!!

I’ve heard that domestically produced CDs in Japan are actually more expensive than imports. So to keep people from buying import versions, Japaneses releases often come with bonus tracks unavailable in other countries.

yeah but usually the bonuses on japanese releases are b-sides from singles or something like that. even the single releases have much more b-sides on them than us/europe versions - say, us/euro has several versions of one single all with different b-sides, while in japan it all would be on one cd. pretty cool. usage of tracks that are totally unavailable elsewhere is pretty rare, but that also might be the case.

i forgot, did japan also get bonus crappy remix of lieslieslies on the rio grande blood? or was it some other ministry release.

Not outa line…It’s not up yet… Mininova seems to have changed their policies and you have to log in in order to post so I had to post it on Demonoid.com…I’ve just posted it so I will post a link in a few…
