PIG

Going again in Ybor on Tuesday.

I saw the Portland show on this tour and they were fantastic. Watts was in really good form, the band was tight and energetic and the sound was great. They played a fair amount of KMFDM and they sounded better doing it than the current version of KMFDM did the last few times I’ve seen them (far more lively). They did some KMFDM tracks I didn’t expect (Kickn’ Ass, Sin, Sex, & Salvation, and Disobedience), which was fun. And the Pig selections were great; the real highlight for me was Fountain of Miracles, which they just KILLED. I’d highly recommend this tour. (And pick up the Wrecked vinyl. It’s a great package.)

Went again on Tuesday night. A slightly different setlist than in St. Paul. Brute had been dropped and FFF was added. Guenter was also replaced due a family emergency.

They were out of M tour shirts in St. Paul but I was able to pick one up in Ybor along with a black on black tee.

The book has sold out.

Guenter was also replaced due a family emergency.

oh cool. he’s the original KMFDM guitar guy.
