I don’t really see the problem with “Catfishing” myself (assuming the term is just being used generically for creation and management of different characters).
That’s what I thought he was doing at first, just character development as writing exercises but then he got so angry and fuckin mean. So I thought perhaps there was another reason. I think now he’s inadvertently told us everything, though.
I really thought it was some pretty brilliant theatre myself. This board is boring as shit if there isn’t some sort of drama going on. So whether it’s me playing rope-a-dope with Gerda, having a duke-out with Amlux, or some other silliness, it’s what makes the board fun.

And via Peligro or whomever . . . . these “characters” I think were morally conscious enough to really only fuck with people who are more than happy to be fucked with. I don’t think you could find two people on the Internet more happy to be hated and have a reason to argue than Grumpy and myself.

Grumpy doesn’t really care about someone making fake accounts. He’s never been hurt by any of the characters’ words or anything. But Grumpy does very much like to WIN and to be RIGHT.
I prefer to be “RIGHT” not necessarily “win.” I don’t mind being wrong but I’m not wrong because anybody is crying because their opinions fall apart after 2 rounds of discussion. Also just because I question people on their beliefs doesn’t mean “I’m right” or insinuating anything. I asked Pon3 the other day why he didn’t like rogue one not because I wanted to tell him how bad his opinion was but because I truly wondered what his gripe was. I didnt think the story was hard to follow, he did and that’s ok. I did agree with him that the opening was a bit unnecessary. Whatever…
He was right about “Peligro” before and got his vindication after 7 years of being told he was a paranoid dick (even by me) and to just shut the fuck up.
I was right about Void being Baboon 3 as well. (I mean as long as we’re keeping score. and looks like Ice outed himself as Molepablano when he fucked up and said he was asked if he was australian when he never was. It was Molepablano that was asked that but whatever, The search could be doing me wrong and neither has posted enough or long enough for me to go out on that limb)
