So, since I wasn’t there…when Paul DJ’s, I’m guessing it’s not all about filling the dancefloor, correct? Lots of great tunes here, but a lot of them are obviously not ‘dancey’. Does he play all that Ministry out of expectation from the venue and/or crowd, or is he really into playing it? He definitely has an affinity for Wax Trax material. No USSA songs, eh?

Dancefloor was busy throughout the night (yes even to Aphex Twin). He played a lot of Ministry which got applause after each go - I think he played it for the audience - kept 'em going.
Don’t wanna have to be a stick in the mud, but am I the only one that thinks the setlist was very obvious and unadventurous? It could have been so much more, as Paul is pretty clued in musically.Did he have to play half of that stuff? Was there a theme to the night? It just seems so similar to the last one.
The reason he played so much Ministry was not to re-hash the past. Paul is totally against that. He played those songs for the club and the people within. It is a dance club and he could have played some obscure/less known stuff, however, people wouldn’t dance. Frustrating dilemma.
