Paul Barker, Adam Grossman and Dwayne Dassing (of Mentallo And The Fixer) have a band?

I read through the long post on Mentallo and the Fixer-myspace, and on about middle I noticed this…

“Also Dwayne & Josh Holley have another project that they work on twice
a week with Adam Grossman of Skrew and Paul Barker of Ministry.
They dont have a working name yet but they have been rehearsing for
about 6 months im guessing. and i hear they have alot of working
material. They rent a rehearsal space… They are basically
songwriting for a record- working on demos and such. i believe they
have over 20 pieces. So they will most likely pick the best pieces and
record them for an album. This is a serious thing.
more is to come on this… Dwayne tells me he is doing this because
he wants to be in an actual band with live playing and minimal to no
programming- i completely understand it though, because its sorta what
i went through when i was recording Algorythum. And this is another
reason Dwayne is letting me in on the next Reign Of Roses, to take
some of the slack off, and i completely understand.”

This has been posted on May 15th 2005, so somewhat old news, but did some searching and didn´t find anything more about this.

www.myspace.com/mentalloandthefixer has the full post.

Wow, looking forward to that, I love skrew and all four of their albums, combine that will Paul, should be good. Keep us posted

Does someone have any hints how this has progressed? As this was posted by Gary in last may, and they had been rehearsing for six months then, so it´s been 1,5 years about now… The new Chemlab remix album has a Adam Grossman remix on it, i´ve heard that the remix had some work done by the Dassing brothers. In fact when Rock Whore vs Dance Floor´s first remixers were posted on hydrogenbar.com, it was slated as “Skrew vs Mentallo&The Fixer”-remix…

I´m hyper excited by this as all of these three bands (Ministry, Skrew and M&TF) are my absolute favorites. Although Dwayne had only some input in Mentallos music, i´m convinced that these talented guys will come up with something very twisted…!.

While I’m not the biggest Skrew fan, Adam Grossman is very talented, and I eagerly await any new output from Paul. Sounds neat.

Now that’s an interesting lineup.
Hope it actually comes out someday.
