Bands older than 25 years:
I can’t think of one band touring or releasing new music that still has its original lineup from day one (first major deal release).
Technically when Skinny Puppy started, Ogre and cEvin were the only two members.

nope, they didn’t release anything in their break, and reunited and recorded again.
this is a tough question. in the electronic side of things, I’d say Orbital, but like the cranberries they took a break for a couple of years as well before they put out another album.
