open office

So I got a new computer last week and it has open office installed on it. I was planning on installing Microsoft office last night, but as I was playing with open office, it seems to work quite nicely.

Any ideas/thoughts/comments? Should I install office and uninstall openoffice? Does it suck? You know… the usual questions.

I use open office and it’s ok to me. The only problem is that sometimes occurs formating errors when you open microsoft office documents in open office.

If I had a working license for the Microsoft flavor then I’d go with that. Open Office seemed sluggish to me to when I compared it with Office 2003. It is a great alternative if you don’t have a good license.

I have a valid license, so installed it last night. Guess I’ll stick to what I know.
