He still has it in him. When he finally got around to completing “I’ll Do Anything For You”, his assistant said he remembered the entire song off the top of his head. He still knew the lyrics, sounds and melodies.
Early Ministry will always be in his DNA, but I think hints and sprinkles is all we’ll ever get. I’m glad he’s still making music, and what he’s doing now is basically on autopilot.
I’m still hopeful for a record that shows the brilliance that he had during the 80s.
