Zombie’s Halloween was terrible. I almost stopped watching it five minutes in.
okay, i was in a rush and my cpu has a case of the slow-downs really glitchy and annoying anyway, it was just announced that rob xombie will be directing a remake of halloween 2, i was not the biggest fan of remake one either (the kid myers should have never uttered a word instead of being a whinny pussy and the typical xombie over-the-top parents was also a mistake) i’m just happy there is another halloween movie in the works and since theres no origin part to fuck up (i thought the second half of halloween 07 was okay) hopefully it will be better…also i thought the whole scaple as a weapon in halloween 2 (82) was stupid i hope that is not repeated and lastly since seeing h2 as a kid in the 80’s i believe it to be the source of my discomfort with hospitals is that alittle more coherent for you?
i’m more interested in the Nightmare of Elm Street and Robocop re-imaginings

Yeah the white trash bullshit ruined the Halloween remake (well it was one of many bad elements to the film)
Why does Zombie’s annoying wife have to appear in all of his films. She was fine in the first 2, but had no place in Halloween. That shrill cackling laughter she does is just irritating. Is she the Yoko of shock rock?
I didn’t mind the remake of Halloween. The older Michael Myers was awesome. (and HUGE!)
Did anybody get the white zombie box set that just came out? It came with a dvd of all the WZ videos and some live stuff. I never got to see them live, but man rob does seem to run out of breath alot. I remember he fucked up at the MTV awards closing one year, and I figured it was an off night, but the live stuff from various shows, seems to say otherwise. Then I listen to the last Rob Zombie release (the live cd) and he never seems to run out of breath and finishes all his sentences and doesn’t seem to be struggling to get the words out.
I didn’t know it was out yet.
