It was planned but didn’t happen. It’s not that surprising, considering that Sanctuary doesn’t really do singles (and if they did, they certainly wouldn’t do one for Ministry).

THANK YOU. Finally someone else agrees that its a worthless rehash of So What in the crappiest way you could think of. All of the HOTM tracks had wannabe Barker bass lines.
