NIN final "final" shows

Getting right to the point, we’re going to play a handful of shows in NYC, Chicago and LA starting August 22nd. They will be informal affairs in medium to small venues with longer set-lists, possible special guests, cool openers and other surprises. Upon reflection, the NIN/JA tour felt like we had to rush through sets due to a limited allotted set length and many shows were in daylight - it just didn’t feel right to end NIN that way. An offer to headline V-Fest in Toronto (being announced soon) set the idea in motion to play some FUN shows to end this up with. If we can get it together we’ll film these shows, too.

In NYC we’ll be playing Bowery Ballroom, Webster Hall and Terminal 5. In Chicago, the Aragon Ballroom. In LA we’ll be at The Wiltern, The Henry Fonda, The Palladium and The Echoplex. These should be cool, unusual and unique shows and I hope you come out - this is it.

So far, The Horrors will be joining us for some shows in NYC, Mew will be with us at other shows in NYC, Chicago and LA, and perhaps more.

I think the Bowery Ballroom holds 575, and the Echoplex holds 750. That’s insane.

The Echoplex is right down the street from me. It’s tiny! Great venue though, I’d love to see them there.

Wow, going to be real tough to get tickets for these shows. It would be awesome to see them at the Echoplex. You are right, the place is very small. Palladium would be nice too.

There were several of us trying for Chicago.
Three of us were able to get 2 tix each for 2 Sept. at the Palladium.

Godammnit I didn’t get shit. Stupid fucking me didn’t leave the browser open on the tour dates window so at 5:00 my dumb ass was trying to load the homepage along with a million other idiots. By the time I got in a queue it was 5:20 and then it said NYC tickets are sold out.

well the 2 terminal 5 shows in NYC still have public onsale dates coming up. But the bowery and webster hall shows were strickly nin.com only.

wow I got a ticket for the last NYC show… 20 minutes after the regular ticketmaster pre-sale went on sale… I figured i had long since missed the boat but am VERY obsessive compulsive and was just kinda going a little crazy with not giving up and it worked… now to find out who the fuck this “mew” opening band is

We are currently working out the details on getting three tickets for the Wiltern also.

I have negotiated a ticket to the Wiltern in exchange for my extra Palladium ticket.

If anyone knows people willing to sell their extra Wiltern tickets, please send me a PM and we will negotiate a sale. I know two people willing to buy tickets.
