Not a huge fan - but it was nice to see Cleveland defeat the Super Bowl Champs New York Giants on Monday Night. Only saw one qtr at a friends apartment - but they looked in top form. Accidental stroke of good luck or fluke - dunno. Whatever the case, it should be repeated for tomorrow’s game against the Skins.
Never been to a pro game. Oudda my price range. Did manage to walk by some peeps standing outside the new stadium one night looking up into the sky. If you look in between the cracks of the stadium you can see the giant 27 foot high / 94 foot wide Pro-Star screens posted behind the endzones. The dawg pound can be an unruly bunch. Watched one Dawg Pounder try to yank the chair out from underneath a rather heavy set Steelers fan in a pro team jersey one night at McDonalds. Guy spilled his tray and a pier 6 brawl almost erupted. Pure class.
My team is the San Francisco 49ers, man they look horrible this year! I also go for the Cowboys since i live here in Texass. Romo is hurt Cowboys might go on a losing streak.
It’s bad enough the Suns rip my heart out every year in the playoffs, but this team can barely put a winning season together. This year seems to be different…so far. 4-2, with back-to-back wins over Dallas and Buffalo. Optimism is guarded in this city, as we’ve seen them melt down plenty of times before. We seem to actually have a good team on the field this year, both the offense and defense are decently ranked.

the only place to go see an NFL game is soldiers field in chicago—where you can conveniently freeze your ass off and hope the team wins or you’ll have to beat the crap outta the guy next to you just to keep warm.
Chargers! grew up around buffalo but never liked the bills so i hope the chargers destroy them this sunday. i try and go to a game every year or so in detroit. same goes with the pistons, red wings, and tigers.
I’m a huge fan of the Bengals…have been since I was about 12 when Boomer Esiason, James Brookes, Anthoney Munoz and Icky Woods took them to the Super Bowl. They are crappy most of the time…even when they’re good they lose to crappy teams and beat strong ones???
