Anyway, who the hell is ‘Stayte’?
I like the Stayte boys but have to agree with Peligro, the cover kind of blows. It looks like something a Marillion cover band would put together.
They sound like kind of a cross between Orgy, Filter and VAST to me. A lot like Orgy in fact (b-sides).
I’m sure all of you who like Stayte hate Orgy though because they sold more than 10 copies and the girls who won’t fuck you knows who they are.
Totally see the Orgy connection. I quite like the first Orgy album, every track was good and Anthony Valcic did kick ass production work. The second had a few good cuts and then they became kind of suck. They’re a bit late 90s for the unfuckable girls to care about these days.
I listened to some of their tracks on their myspace (yeah I know, not the best quality outlet) but I found it unimpressive. Found the music boring and the singing a bit weak. I dunno, not my thing I guess.

I think Stayte sounds like a way better version of Stabbing Westward (although that’s not hard to do!)
