Hey guys, does anyone have any info on this Capt. Bigshot project?
I noticed it on Aarons and Sin’s myspace pages but cant find any real info on whos in the band.
It lists Josh, Aaron, Clayton, Murv, and Sin as the top friends.
Just wondering if anyone had any insight.
I like the material and I hope its a new band they’ve started. www.myspace.com/CaptBigshot
The new revco is called dirty senoritas (i think. it’s definitely has “senoritas” in the title) it’s due out in spring of 2010. Don’t remember where I got that tidbit of info

It does appear like this is a brand new band and I dont see any ties to 13th Planet.
Sin has it listed on his myspace as him being the guitarist in this band and Aaron also has him as a member.
Interesting.
As for the Filthy Senoritas thing I believe thats a song title for the next RevCo album. Im pretty sure thats what Josh and Sin had said in Austin.

Could this be Sin breaking away from his favorite “Uncle” Has sin had enough? Will the Stayte gentlemen follow? find out next week on oprah!

Sin probably just now realized that dead end he’s been putting himself into it. Jourgensen isn’t the way for success these days. I’d like to see what other stuff he could do that doesn’t revolve around the cheesy recurring strip club them that nu-revco is. They seem to be a pretty fluid lineup, so the work to come out of that could be pretty promising.

I agree. Al’s turned himself into something of a novelty act these days. still doesn’t change the greatness that ended at DSOTS though!

I agree with you Lord and Grmpy.
I remember talking to Sin in Austin during a ReVamp show and he was hoping that Phildo would show up but he didnt make it.
It appeared that Sin and company were hired to do a job and were just following direction from Uncle Al but it does appear that they’re now better off doing their own thing.
More power to them.
I like the Angie-Phildo dialogues. It could be an internet meme. At first non-prongs people will be like “wtf!” but it could catch on then ed. and green death will rule the internet. And toot can make an award winning film about it, featuring new tunes from the dub version of Al’s new solo project.
All the best to these Revco guys (though I don’t know my Josh’s from my Aaron’s from my Sin’s). I said a while ago that they would be better off doing their own thing as they sound like a good team according to the prongers who saw them.
