got that last tune, the ‘i don’t like it’ song, to upload, finally.
actually, the full sentance that jourgensen said was, " i don’t like it, it sounds like king crimson…what i need is a biker-party-anthem!!", whereupon which i wrote the song “waiting” (on that houses of the mole’ album)…you see, he had walked up to me one day and said, sorta like bevis and butthead, “hey, i’ve got this intro to a song…it goes like this: dubidadubidadubidadubidadubidadubidada dit dubidadubidadubidadubidadubidadubidabwah-bwah (etc, etc…). write me a song for that intro!”
…so i did. but he didn’t like it. but i did. so, i wrote him a biker-party anthem and kept my little tune, (without his intro, of course), and we were both happy…
i played them all a couple times, just to see, but the last 2 were both quite good.
the last one was maybe a touch ministry-esque but if Suffer Robot drops a release, I’ll prolly check it out.

FUCKING AWESOME! I totally love ‘the Anvil’. One of my favorite side projects. Fuck you bastards, pretentious music kicks ass.
Though I will say this new track seriously needs mastering. I really want ‘New Years Eve Party’ to see the light of day.
UPDATE: I contacted Brody over MySpace and he has agreed to send me the entire ‘New Years Eve Party’ album for some cash to cover shipping. I will make a thread about this once I’ve completed the transaction by mail.
The track on MySpace sounds un-mastered to me, but I’m hoping that’s not the case and this is just an issue of compressed mp3s.
