This is quite delightful. Dave’s voice sounds kinda bluesy, I’m diggin it.
I like the evolution of Depeche Mode they really change their sound up but are still recognizable.
I don’t think they have done a fully great album since Ultra but I still buy whatever they put out…there are always great moments here and there…

That is from Playing the Angel from 2005…their most recent one was called Sounds of the Universe from 2010…
Enjoying the new song. I liked the last one. Obviously, I like some more than others, but I enjoy the albums. And an album in three years? That’s a feat.
DM has always been an all time fav of mine. The new song is just OK, I’m sure the actual album will have better tracks. I’ve always preferred the mid-80s Black Celebration sound, but each album is always filled with awesome stuff. Martin Gore is a genius when it come to writing songs.
Gore is the heartbeat of DM…I loved his Counterfeit ep…
